During their games session this morning, the Year 4 boys had the good fortune to receive coaching for Berks Elite Training (BET). the aim is to improve athleticism and self-confidence in athletes by concentrating on areas such as speed, agility, strength, power, balance, endurance and injury prevention.

Holme Grange Defences Broken

a sporting report by Noah, 4H Waverley took a trip to Holme Grange (C team) and for the first time this season the Holme Grange defence was tested. Waverley scored two early goals, but James managed to save 4 good goal attempts.
